These Terms govern use of bluwtr.com, operated by Blue Water Staffing LLC. Separate signed agreements govern any employment, assignment, or staffing services covered by those agreements.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful inquiries, applications, and review of our services and content. Provide accurate information when submitting a form. Do not submit another person’s information without authority.
Do not impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce harmful code, or use the site or its content unlawfully. We may restrict access when needed to protect the site or address a material violation of these Terms.
Jobs and applications
The job board is not currently accepting applications and no openings are posted. When postings become available, they may change, close, or be withdrawn. A posting does not guarantee an opening, assignment, pay rate, benefits, or placement.
Applying does not create an employment relationship or guarantee submission to a client facility. Any employment, assignment, pay, or benefit terms must be confirmed separately. We tell clinicians what information a facility requests and obtain their agreement before submitting it.
Pay and savings calculators
The clinician pay calculator and managed-program savings estimator use modeled information and assumptions. Their figures are examples for discussion. No figure is an offer, quote, contract term, or guarantee.
A clinician must discuss the pay package for a particular position with a recruiter. Facility pricing or projected savings must be confirmed separately in writing. Read the disclaimer displayed with each calculator.
Published content
Blue Water Staffing LLC owns its published vendor evaluation scorecard, glossary, insight articles, calculator models, and other original website content, except for material identified as belonging to another rights holder. You may read this content for your own lawful evaluation. Do not republish, sell, or present it as your own without permission, except where law allows.
